Curly's Capers

Covid 19.2.1 I view my world through a green glass Darkly. That, which was natural is now unnatural. Only Nature and the passage of the seasons, Reveals an eternal hope. We live in an online odyssey as Seemingly , the output of our Lives have been transmitted by The dictates of our computer  The third age is surely upon us; A gesture and subscription affair, Moderated by our credit card scores. In this partial lockdown scenario, Time has become a construct, As moments begat longer moments And swim into weeks. Days follow sleep.  The calendar is broken. A quiet interlude only Nature finds Purpose and movies forward with dignity. Much has changed; yet little has Changed, as the present and past Begin to overlap. And Planet Earth pauses to take breath.    Requiem Corona Sunset. Future times brings time- travel. Many years to choose a-plenty. But please don’t go back to 2020 where it all begins to slowly unravel We stood apart for two metres  distance.

Plane crazy. Yawning clouds float in lazy postures, Revealing azure blue skies. The night workers have gone away and Nature, full of mischief opens up the Day shift. Bees go on lavender spasms, whilst butterflies pirouette and dance  in balletic displays. Roses twist and whisper in the light breeze. Fruit soak up the solar rays, primed for  ripening later on the trees. The garden, in supine mood is at peace. But hark! What is that threatening drone That invades ? An aerial attack that buzzes, poisoning The air and like a monster speaker system Dictating its own unwanted noise concerto. Low they swoop in mindless circuits, Creating stress by their unholy presence.. Serenity is a right, not something  To be earned.  Please be considerate.
