In These Times.

In these Times.

Revealing its eternal hope, the passage of the seasons and Nature.
Whilst we live in an online odyssey.
Blossom bursts in a series of  white clusters
It is a virtual valhalla.
Promising a future fruitful bounty.
From Amazon to Zoom.

Grass at its verdant best lays down a green carpet
Our lives have shrunk to mere screens.
Butterflies cavort mid sunken paths.
Broadband feeds our needs as we, bank; shop
Skype and FaceTime our people.
Whilst in this quiet interlude, Nature moves forward with
dignity and purpose.

There is a dream like quality to this present life
Punctuated by  occasional sirens and a
 coda of lawnmowers cutting grass.
Much as changed; yet little has changed,
As the present and past, seem to overlap;
As the  Globe  pauses to take a breath.

May I take a moment to wish readers  a happy and God- filled
Easter and in the long term, health, happiness and a vitality to  to deal with these troubled times.

Sincerely,
